Happy to finally have an Instagram alternative! It's early stages, so I understand the bugs. But hoping it'll slowly get there. Things I've noticed that would be nice fixes - Videos stutter a lot. They constantly pause and unpause for no reason, even if you try to get them to load fully first. The search/discover function only shows people I follow and not additional contact, which the Bluesky app does. Can't wait to see where the app goes! Thanks for building it!

Great app, turns Bluesky experience into an Instagram like experience. Two complaints I have though. One, no likes or comments on reels. Minor thing, but it feels too passive for me to enjoy. Second, it is basically filtering and reformating your Bluesky feed for images and videos. Which is done well, but if you browse Bluesky, and then browse here, you will likely have already seen everything. So it becomes redundant, unless you just really like to see that image or video format again.

It's pretty dang cool to have just a dedicated photo app built atop Bsky's foundation with the AT protocol. It's even cooler that you can CHOOSE to make a post here and not have it cross posted to bsky, so there's not much clogging Bsky feeds. I think the only issues I've had are that using the back button on stories on your home feed doesn't work and unliking a post is a bit laggy.
