The app design and functionality are great. My reason for 3 stars is because the place is a ghost town. Right now it's not functioning due to the lack of players. I'd like to play poker right now but there's not a single holdem player other than myself on the entire app so I cant... and it's been that way for hours. Also... the first freeroll tournament I played I finished in 1st place. $29. I tried to do a crypto withdrawal and learned it would be 3-5 business days processing. Unacceptable

It’s super easy to use, looks great, and makes it fun to connect with friends (and new players) from all over. I love how smooth the gameplay is and how social it feels compared to other poker apps. Whether you’re just learning or a serious player, or trying a make a few extra dollars by registering for the freeroll tournaments, SoPo is where ya wanna go!

I've lost all respect for this site when I used to think they were awesome. But they have completely, I've done all the things that I loved about them. I no longer get the service I once raved about the rewards are completely wiped out and what's worse is I have no idea when I'm ever going to get my withdrawal request. I have multiple pending going back to last month. So if you win tournaments don't expect to know when you're ever going to get your prize. What a shame smfh time to call the bank
