Dog 💩 app that I'm forced to use for work, most features barely function such as uploading images and other proof of work, these should be simple tasks but they take much longer due to either poor coding, poor servers or both, very frustrating to use, do not ever recommend

One of the worst apps I've ever used for work. Use it every day and no part of it works trying to load jobs always fails trying to check out of tasks is never an easy task always have to do it 5-6 times before it actually works. The offline mode doesn't work everything you do in offline you just have to redo when you go online .. Stores a crazy amount of data on your phone .. used it for a week and there was over 10gigs of cache files.. Need much improvement

Hot garbage 101 !!! Look no further. As a technician being able to have appropriate working equipment is a must, if not you make yourself and the company you work for look horrid. This application will make you and your company look bad as if it does decide to work it will be an experience of regret. I've been late to several jobs do to this. Not only myself but other members of my team. It is also a forced application for field workers at least. Best option is to find another app/program.
