Vastly is the app for property owners who want to manage their portfolio without any detours. You see at a glance what is coming in, what is outstanding, and where your attention is needed.

What you do with Vastly:

- Dashboard with rental income, outstanding items, lost rent, and expiring contracts.

- Properties and contracts always at hand, including documents and lease agreements.

- Send rent invoices and reminders, with delivery status per invoice.

- Annual indexation based on final CBS figures, with the statutory maximum automatically applied.

- Settle service charges and utilities according to legal regulations.
- Costs and results per property, ready for your accountant and tax return.

- Tenants report defects in their own portal; you see them immediately in your maintenance overview.

- Secured with passkeys, and the app itself locked with a PIN code, Face ID, or fingerprint.

Money and tenants always remain your decision: nothing is sent or debited without your confirmation. Vastly is part of the Vastly platform (app.vastly.software). A subscription is required to use the app; you can arrange this at vastly.software.
