About this app

Project Costs is and will be free app for tracking each project cost you may have while working. It does not matter if you are in wood working or software developer, principals are the same. You have a project, some expenses and some payments. Application is totally anonymous since all the things you enter into is never shared with anyone.

Super Simple usage of application!

Project Costs allows you to create unlimited new projects. Project could be anything you are working on at work, in free time or for part time job!

Project Costs allows you to add expenses to your projects. Simply put name and some notes if you wish and your expense is stored!

With mobile app Project Costs you can also manually add payments. This is useful when you have contractor that do part of your job and you pay some in front and some when they are finished with their job. That way you can see how much and when it was paid.

On project overview you can export whole project data to generated PDF report or export to useful CSV format.

Your project costs, payments and expenses are now safely stored in cloud so you do not have to worry for them to disappear if you move to another device. All you need is your private key and all your projects are back. Just make sure you have all your private keys stored somewhere safe. Do not worry, no information is forwarded anywhere!

Do you want to share only one project in Project Costs app? No problem. Long click on project and share it. App will generate URL that you can send to your friends. Whoever click on that URL can see this project on it's device in a matter of seconds.

There are no unneeded graphical cookies, just important stuff for you so usage is easy and understandable. Project costs app is a tool that you will most likely use daily.

Ratings and reviews

Indeed it is a very simple and useful app. It is adoptable to various types of projects and payements records. Only thing need more clarification is 1. What do I miss or lose if I don't go for pro? 2. How do I upgrade to pro and how much it costs?

I will give this app a 5 star, if I am able to export it to pdf. Currently I am unable to. I have the latest version. Every time I wish to export to pdf, it will prompt me error: open failed: EACESS (Permission denied). I have granted the app to my device storage. I don't know what is the problem. Hope you can fix it. Update: latest update has fixed this issue. Well done. 5 stars from me.

I very much understand that this is a work in progress app and look forward to be in the journey. I hope that you will later on incorporate some type of backup, eg to Dropbox etc. In the meantime I noticed that when entering an expense details and you need to select a Group that it belongs to, the group menu items text is black with a very dark background hence not visible. Looking forward to see that fixed.
