About this app

Pratul is a modern application specifically designed to simplify the process of distributing and documenting electricity bill invoices by officers in the field. This application presents an efficient, neat and digitalized work system, replacing the manual method currently used.

In its operations, officers use Pratul to print and submit electricity bill invoices directly to customers. After the invoice is given, the officer is required to take a photo of proof of submission of the invoice. This photo is not just visual documentation, but is also equipped with a GPS tag and automatic date, to guarantee the validity of the location and time of invoice submission.

All data—including photos, location, and time—will be automatically uploaded to a central server. The data that has been collected can then be compiled into a structured report in Microsoft Excel format, which can be accessed by management for audit purposes, tracking distribution, or evaluating the work of officers.
