• Simply record your observations – Structify creates a report and tickets from them

• Photos are time-stamped and, if desired, GPS location is included

• Recording is completely offline: in the basement, in the shell construction, in the underground parking garage – the data is transferred and analyzed as soon as a network connection is available

TICKETS & DEFECTS

• Create, assign, and document defects, tasks, and change orders directly on-site with photos

• The same ticket types and fields as in Structify on your computer – one system, no duplicate data entry
• Tickets recorded offline are reliably submitted later

MEASUREMENT & ACCEPTANCE
• Record actual quantities for each item – with conflict protection when multiple people are working simultaneously

• Acceptance reports with defect lists, photos, and warranty start dates according to VOB/B (German Construction Contract Procedures, Part B)

PLANS & REPORTS

• Project plans and documents are always readily available

• Read and review meeting and inspection reports

DATA PROTECTION & SECURITY

• Two-factor authentication, protecting logins from automated attacks Attack protection, encrypted transmission

• Hosting and storage in Germany (EU), no advertising, no tracking

• For AI analysis (speech, text, images), we use US providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) based on data processing agreements and EU standard contractual clauses

• The app will notify you before your first voice recording and document upload; you can withdraw your consent at any time under "Legal & AI Transparency"

• AI analysis is clearly marked as such (EU AI Regulation, Art. 50)

Structify is available in browsers, on computers, and on iPhones & Android devices – all with one account and the same project data. A Structify account for your company is required for use – your administrator will set up access. Learn more at structify.solutions

What’s new

Einmaliger Sicherheitshinweis nach der Anmeldung: Structify ist von der Lücke „PHP2Shell“ nicht betroffen. Pflichtfelder und Planebene verhalten sich in der ganzen App einheitlich; Status „Rückfrage“, Foto-Vorschau und Trefferquote je Vorschlag. Die Eingabe des Zwei-Faktor-Codes ist zuverlässiger (nur Ziffern, Bestätigung erst bei sechs Stellen). Beim Abmelden entfernt die App zwischengespeicherte Projektangaben vom Gerät; nicht übertragene Erfassungen bleiben erhalten.
