CounterSpeech is a private-beta civic safety tool that suggests AI-drafted counterspeech responses for user-selected topics. Users review, edit, and manually post. Nothing is posted automatically.

What it does
• Suggests AI-generated draft replies for topics you choose.
• Lets you review and edit every draft before you share it.
• Opens X with your text ready so you can post yourself.
• Nothing is posted automatically. You always choose what publishes.

How it works
1. Enter your private beta access key and create a CounterSpeech account with email and password.
2. Connect your public X @handle only — never your X password. CounterSpeech does not use X OAuth.
3. After approval, open Today’s queue.
4. Review the AI-generated draft, edit if you want, tap Open in X, then return and mark Done or Skip.
5. Report a problem with a draft anytime. Reporting does not post anything.

AI-generated content
Drafts are suggestions only. You remain responsible for anything you publish. Edit or skip any item.

What CounterSpeech is not
• Not an auto-poster or bot network
• Not a service that buys likes, followers, or fake engagement
• Not a claim that hate or misinformation can be eliminated automatically.

Privacy
We store your CounterSpeech account, public @handle, draft and edit history, optional problem reports, and session tokens. We do not collect your X password and we do not sell personal data. To delete your account, email [e-mail]. Details: https://counterspeech.space/privacy#delete-account
