Horrible experience. Booked bikes, no helmets in either one. Immediately messaged support to get a refund. Logged in the next day to check on the status of the refund and the app somehow restarted my booking so it had been running for 18 hours. Reached out to support and they said they'd charge me extra since I was nowhere near the bike to cancel. I spoke to their support (which is AI responses) and was told their team would reach out about refunding the hundreds they charged me due to app bugs

you walk 5 Min to the bike. you start the ride. the bike doesn't have helmets. you end the ride. you report the problem you still get charged. the bike is again available. someone else will use it, and the process repeats.

Loses your data for no reason and then asks you to re-subit licence which takes 2 days. Does this at random intervals not trust worthy at all don't use!!! And if you have a problem or the app literally steals your money good luck they never respond. Biggest thieves do not recommend.
