Ratings and reviews

Loses your data for no reason and then asks you to re-subit licence which takes 2 days. Does this at random intervals not trust worthy at all don't use!!! And if you have a problem or the app literally steals your money good luck they never respond. Biggest thieves do not recommend.

Customer service disappeared after I cancelled a week subscription and wanted to ask for a credit refund. I've been contacting multiple times. Generally disappointed and would not recommend!!

only have one thing to say absolutely horrible service I explained my situation through emails and support chats I've been waiting for almost 4 days even tho the "typical response time" is 6 hours I created a new account got verified and I can't see any Electra's on the map in limassol even tho I can see them with my eyes on the road horrible customer service unacceptable
