Ratings and reviews

you walk 5 Min to the bike. you start the ride. the bike doesn't have helmets. you end the ride. you report the problem you still get charged. the bike is again available. someone else will use it, and the process repeats.

Loses your data for no reason and then asks you to re-subit licence which takes 2 days. Does this at random intervals not trust worthy at all don't use!!! And if you have a problem or the app literally steals your money good luck they never respond. Biggest thieves do not recommend.

Customer service disappeared after I cancelled a week subscription and wanted to ask for a credit refund. I've been contacting multiple times. Generally disappointed and would not recommend!!
