I use this for one month. Not good service. it is frustrated when you reach at the location you find the scooter have a problem like power button not working, tyre punture, indicator button missing and battery low. This is silly problems that don't need too much money. So electra company should repair it.

The app works well, but lately I've received parking fines, even though the checkout pictures show clearly that the vehicle was parked in a correct place. Adding to that, Electra charges an EXTRA processing fee, even when they have means to prove the fine is not correct. I reached Electra to sort things out, but they just charged my card and there's NO correct process to contest these charges. This service an unacceptable liability. I'm out and I can't recommend it anymore.

Too Excited
the service is not good. The staff does not refill the batteries everyday. it's really difficult to get a full charged bike, especially during the day. Hope you will try to better your service.
