New Way is the internal work app of NW-Telecommunication NE4 Services GmbH for installers and technicians involved in fiber optic network expansion.
After logging in with the access credentials provided by the employer, employees manage their daily tasks directly from their smartphones:
• Document site visits – with photos, reports, and signatures
• Process and report completion of fiber optic (FTTH) orders
• Communicate with dispatch (chat, photos)
• Keep track of working hours and assignments
• Request vacation time
• Maintain vehicle and equipment data
• View and digitally sign documents
The app is exclusively for employees of the NWT Group. There is no public registration – use is only possible with valid access credentials provided by the employer. All data is transmitted securely and stored exclusively on servers in Germany.
