Rezerva Partners is the app for tourism businesses listed on rezerva.tl, the travel marketplace for Timor-Leste. Guesthouses, dive shops, trek guides, tour operators and car rental businesses use it to handle the work that arrives from the marketplace, from a phone.
An account is required, and Rezerva approves it before you can start work. You can create one in the app: give your business name, your WhatsApp number and an email address, and we check it against the businesses listed on rezerva.tl. If you are already listed and would rather we set it up for you, message Rezerva on WhatsApp at +670 7404 2888.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Enquiries and bookings
Every enquiry and booking from rezerva.tl arrives in one list. Answer a price question, accept or decline a request, and mark a job done when it is finished. Search your whole booking book by guest name or reference, or step through it day by day.
Messages
Reply to guests in a chat that works the way WhatsApp does. Rezerva passes your answer on, so the guest hears back without you giving out your own number.
Rooms, prices and photos
Keep rooms, prices and photos up to date, and close the dates you cannot take. What you change here is what travellers see on rezerva.tl.
Car rental
Rental businesses can edit their rental classes and the extras that go with them.
Walk-ins
Log a guest who arrives at the door, so your own book stays complete.
Check-in
Photograph a guest's passport and the app reads the two machine readable lines on the phone itself, so the passport number, nationality and expiry go onto the booking without typing.
YOUR LANGUAGE
The app speaks Tetun first, and also English, Portuguese and Indonesian.
BUILT FOR REAL CONDITIONS
Screens are light on data, forms forgive mistakes, and work you have already saved stays on the phone when the connection drops.
Rezerva Partners is published by Onit Enterprises TL and operated by REZERVA OTA, LDA., Timor Plaza Central, Loja 150, Rua 20 de Setembro, Dili, Timor-Leste.
