The app is buggy. Scooters appear and disappear suddenly. When ending rides, the app sometimes crashes with "null value" error. At times refuses to scan QR properly and claims the scooter is from a different vendor, yet it can be activated by clicking on the map!! Generally, a hassle to work around.

Bad experience The starting balance was 30 Riyals, for a regist ered trip, 7 riyals were deducted. I don’t know why. Suddenly, the balance became 5 1 riyal instead of 23 riyals I contacted them multiple times via customer service email but received no response. The electric scooter was available in the Corniche area for my first ride, and I paid the minimum fee of 30 riyals, but then it disappeared The scooters and credit were deducted, and no compensation was provided after contacting them.

Out of 12 scooters, only 1 had charge, and when I tried it, it charged me for 2 minutes, but it didn't work at all. The motor has no power. After that it displayed a maintenance light on the screen.
