About this app

sprout is a social media without an algorithm. u just talk to people without the clutter :)

ultimate customization:

we make it rly easy for u to express urself on here. profiles are made up of widgets (like your home screen!). link your last.fm, let your friends write or draw on your profile, put pics of characters ur obsessed with... u can do it all!

fandoms big or small:

if you're into something, you can just make a feed for it, and anyone else who likes it can start posting in it immediately... u don't need to join communities or anything! it's easier than ever to find ppl in the same fandoms as you

community focused:

we're funded entirely by the community, and we'll never sell out to big companies or sell ur data :-) we host little events with our communities like watching movies, playing games, or voting on new features!

if this sounds like something u like, try it out!

Ratings and reviews

Pretty friendly place, but also kinda boring if you really like social interaction,it's more similar to blogging, very personal and more about yourself. It has customization and boards about certain topics. Though if you have a smaller fandom you'll have to make a root yourself such as I did. Moderations pretty fast rules are pretty simple. For the 2 months I've used it's been nothing but good. -xorichalcum

I love this app!! its so beautiful and u can make GORGEOUS profiles!! ive been on for 2 months and made sm friends<3

Sprout is so fun it's a social media with no algorithm and no ads, like a giant group chat with so much customization. The app works well and the small development team is very open to feedback
