very bad experience i am not able to login in this app using my mobile no. everytime i try to login it shows that i had registered with other device

I started my RAS journey in September 2024 , since then I have been taking regular classes on this app. App works just fine. I also uploaded my RAS Mains answer sheet for my Online Test series on the app. There was no problem in uploading or checking the results. I can download lectures with ease and watch them anytime I want. There is No problem logging in either. Overall a good app and Institute. ❤️
