Classes run smoothly and properly. Whenever any technical issue arises, the management and technical team provide quick support and are always polite and helpful. Tests are conducted regularly and in a proper manner. Overall, my experience as an online student has been very good.

the latest update is just super inconvenient. There is no bookmark available. The video closes the moment I go out of the app to open something to search which wasn't the case before. Before video stayed the same rather than going back to the whole folder. and now it keeps on asking for video quality. overall a huge waste of time in every sense. kindly bring back the old one. It was super easy to work with.

the application is not working properly. I face many exesiblity issues like "I am not able to increase the speed of recorded lectures, and I am not able to read the questions properly in the objective test either."
