Alis Agenti is the official app that ALIS call center agents use to view their appointments and metrics, wherever they are.

Log in with your personal 10-digit password and see only your data, always aligned with the dashboard.

What you'll find in the app:
• Personal metrics: appointments, visits, referrals, reported visits, orders placed, monthly average, and conversion.
• Upcoming appointments with company name, contact person, phone number, and direct opening in Google Maps.
• Monthly appointment trend in a navigable graph.
• Complete history of your appointments, including outcome and province.
• Visit reports directly from the app.
• Notifications when a new appointment is scheduled.
• Multiple keys on the same phone, light and dark theme, PIN lock.

The data is read-only and reserved for the individual agent. The app is reserved for ALIS agents: contact ALIS for the access key.
