This facilitates effective access to emergency services and guarantees timely support. With the implementation of this app, the municipality of Querétaro positions itself as a pioneer in digital innovation, evolving 9-1-1 from an exclusively voice-based service to an inclusive and accessible security system for the residents of the capital city of the state of Querétaro.
