Ratings and reviews

It'll charge you 30$ or so monthly if you don't cancel, and they're not transparent about being a subscription based service. they also limit how much you can spend to 25$ as a free limited time user. It blocked me from finishing my label after telling me to call a number to confirm my account. I shouldn't have to call anyone to spend money on your app. Especially some number with limited business hours- making it even harder to get a hold of for no reason. Not a convenient service at all

Convenient, but you want to avoid it altogether. App might be well designed, but does it really matter if they take your money, don't produce a label for you and refuse to make it right. I shipped something, added extra protection, and it came to about $15. Network error didn't produce my label. they weren't able to do anything because I didn't pay for the higher tier plan, which is incredibly ridiculous. Every help ticket I opened, they would just close within 24 hours. Just don't.

I have no car and this app is indispensable. I make my own stamps and labels for large packages easily. And the app gives me the current price of the stamp without me having to figure it out. In the beginning you set up a bank and with each transaction that amount is removed from your bank. When your bank runs out, you just refill it. Great great app!
