Taking for ever to download tasks and then fails to upload end tasks, wasting too much time, fix this asap!!

I have to use this thing for work and this is the 3rd week I haven't been able to get past the loading screen It works fine when it does but Often it doesn't

Had no huge problems with working through this app. Synch regularly to work through Op's downloads for each visit.
