PRIVACY OF CHILDREN

I've installed this app on two different phones. I followed the instructions exactly as they were listed. After connecting it runs a setup and goes fast until reaches 91% then it gets stuck. I can't fully connect to the slow cooker. it seems this app is just a piece of junk and a waste of my time. It's very disappointing there were other slow cookers at the store that looked pretty cool also but this one had Wi-Fi. Was a total mistake buying this crock pot for the Wi-Fi.

For the first couple months the app connected to the slow cooker without fail. Now it is hit-or-miss, but mostly miss. The slow cooker works great, but most of the time I can't control it remotely. I've tried reconnecting & all of the things it tells me to do but it still doesn't help. It tells me I'm on a 5G network & that the app doesn't support 5G. I just keep waiting for an app update that fixes it.

Was working perfectly fine. I loved it. But ever since we moved it stop connecting automatically. I have the same wifi company so I'm not sure why it wont connect. It says that my wifi is 5g and my crockpot isnt compatible with it. Can you guys please fix this issue so that it can be updated. Other than that it cooks great.
