The mobile version of "Parking Spots Are Here" focuses on free parking: it determines nearby parking spaces as "currently free" based on publicly available government data on charging periods, but please refer to on-site notices for the most up-to-date information.

【Five Key Functions】

1. Find Nearby Availability Spaces: Search for nearby parking lots, roadside areas, and individual parking spaces. Filter by currently free availability, as well as special parking spaces for disabled individuals, pregnant women and children, electric vehicle charging, motorcycles, and large vehicles.

2. Waiting Notifications: Set your destination, search area, and parking criteria, and start waiting. You'll be notified as soon as a suitable space becomes available nearby. Notification channels include app push notifications, LINE, Telegram, and email.

3. One-Click Navigation: Notifications include location information; a single tap opens a map for direct navigation. Each notification only mentions one location, eliminating the need for manual verification.

4. Three Feedback Buttons
Each notification includes three buttons: "Parked," "Taken, Find Another One," and "Not Needed." Pressing "Taken, Find Another One" will immediately search for and push the next suitable parking space to you, allowing you to continue.

5. Automatic Exclusion of Potentially Unavailable Parking Spaces
The system automatically judges parking spaces based on their historical status: spaces that have been unoccupied for a long time or where other spaces in the same area are frequently full will be marked "Potentially Unavailable," and will not be counted as available or trigger notifications; once someone actually parks there, the space will automatically return to normal display.

【Currently Covered Cities and Counties】 Taipei, New Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Hsinchu City, Taoyuan, Keelung, Chiayi City, Yilan; This coverage will continue to expand as more government data is released.

【Data Source and Update Frequency】 Parking space data comes from real-time parking data published by various city and county governments, updated approximately every minute; query results will indicate the data time to help you assess data freshness. Parking availability is not guaranteed upon arrival; please refer to on-site signs and notices.

【Yellow Line Parking Hours】 The app includes a description of the yellow line (no parking) time rules: Parking is generally prohibited during the day and permitted at night, with some locations prohibiting parking all day. The search page will indicate whether parking is currently permitted, but the actual availability is subject to on-site traffic signs and notices. Traffic tickets for violations are the responsibility of the driver.

【Currently Completely Free】 Becoming a member and using all functions such as search and notifications are currently completely free.

【36 Languages】 The app interface supports 36 languages ​​and will display according to your preferences.

【Privacy and Account】 When using "Nearby" and "Notifications," the app obtains your location to provide services. Search and notification location information is written to the operation log for service usage verification. For details on usage, please see the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account in "Account Settings," and your personal data will be deleted. Operation logs are permanently retained for account security and dispute resolution purposes.
