About this app

DAGA TIDORE is the official application of the Population and Civil Registration Office (Disdukcapil) of Tidore Islands City, North Maluku Province. This application is designed to make it easier for the public to access all population administration and civil registration services digitally, without having to visit and queue at the Disdukcapil office.

POPULATION SERVICES

Resident Identity Card (KTP)
- Application for a new e-KTP
- Application for reprinting an e-KTP
- Replacement of a KTP due to loss, damage, or changes in data

Family Card (KK)
- Adding a family member (child) to a Family Card
- Splitting a Family Card to form a new KK
- Transferring a Family Card to another family's KK
- Reprinting a Family Card due to loss or damage
- Changes to biographical data on the Family Card, including full name, place of birth, date of birth, gender, blood type, religion, education, occupation, parents' names, and marital status

Civil Registration Certificate
- Application for a Birth Certificate to register a new birth
- Application for a Death Certificate to register a death
- Application for a Marriage Certificate to register a marriage
- Application for a Divorce Certificate to register a divorce

Child Identity Card (KIA)
- Application for a Child Identity Card for children aged 0-17 who do not yet have a KTP

Services Population Transfer
- Certificate of Transfer between sub-districts, regencies/cities, or provinces
- Transfer Registration for residents who have recently moved to Tidore Islands
- Population Data Consolidation
- Population Arrival Reporting

KEY APPLICATION FEATURES
Online Application Submission
All application forms can be completed directly in the application. Required documents such as photos of your ID card (KTP), family card (KK), birth certificates, and other supporting documents can be uploaded directly from the device's camera or photo gallery. Each form is equipped with automatic validation to ensure completeness of data before submission.

Real-Time Application Status Tracking
The status of each submitted application can be monitored directly through the application. You can see whether the application is being processed, requires data correction, or is complete and ready for collection.

Direct Communication with Officers
The chat feature allows you to communicate directly with Disdukcapil officers to ask questions, consult, or report any issues related to ongoing applications.

News and Information Portal
Get the latest information on population policies, service schedules, official announcements, and news from the Tidore Islands City Population and Civil Registration Office directly within the app.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
The DAGA TIDORE application is built with security standards to protect users' personal data:

- Identity verification through facial recognition to ensure the authenticity of the applicant
- Biometric authentication using fingerprints or facial recognition on the device as an additional layer of security when logging in
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) through an OTP code sent to the registered phone number
- All sent and received data is protected by encryption to maintain confidentiality
- Active session management that allows users to view and revoke access to connected devices
- Rooted or jailbroken device detection system to prevent misuse

MULTI-LANGUAGE SUPPORT
The application supports two language options:
- Indonesian as the primary language
- Ternate (Dawan) as the local language to facilitate the local community
