MyManager.studio is the mobile app for the management platform for fitness and wellness studios. Designed for coaches, studios, and their clients, it puts your business in your pocket.

FOR COACHES AND STUDIOS

• Your Dashboard
Upon opening, you'll find today's and upcoming appointments, those awaiting confirmation, recent attendance, and packages due for renewal.

• Your Real-Time Schedule
View your calendar by day or week, and filter by coach, studio, or service type. Solo or duo sessions, in the studio, at home, or outdoors: everything is clear at a glance. Your schedule remains accessible even offline.

• Create and Edit Appointments
Add a session in seconds: client, service, location, and time slot. The client's session balance is displayed when creating the appointment, and you choose which package it will be deducted from. The status of each appointment remains visible: pending confirmation, confirmed, completed, or canceled.

• Your clients at your fingertips
Search for a client, open their profile—contact information, active packages, upcoming appointments—and create or edit a profile in just a few taps.

• Track attendance
Mark clients as present or absent directly from the appointment details. Your schedule stays up-to-date effortlessly.

• Get real-time alerts
Receive a notification for every confirmation, rescheduling request, or change to your calendar. Tap it to open the relevant item directly.

FOR YOUR CLIENTS

• A personalized client portal
Your clients can view their upcoming and past appointments, confirm sessions, request rescheduling, or cancel, all from their own portal. A session requiring confirmation is validated with a single tap, directly from the notification.

• Contracts and Electronic Signatures
Users can access their packages, subscriptions, and individual sessions along with their status, read their contract in PDF format, and sign it with a tap.

• Documents and Certificates
Tax certificates, invoices, and other documents remain accessible and shareable in PDF format.

• Their Profile
Contact information and address can be edited directly within the app.

CALENDAR SYNC

• Share your calendar link to your preferred calendar app. Your sessions will automatically stay updated.

ACCESSIBILITY

• TalkBack compatible: appointment cards, status badges, and contract lines are read as a single text. Large text sizes are supported.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

• Secure login with one-time code verification when enabled on your account.

• Encrypted session tokens on the device. No scheduling data survives logging out.

• No advertising trackers, no behavioral analysis tools.

• Data hosted in France, GDPR compliant.
