About this app

Paloom brings the comments and direct messages from your connected Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts into one inbox — with a reply draft already written in your voice. Review it, adjust it if you like, and send it from your phone.

Paloom for iOS and Android is the mobile companion to Paloom on the web. It requires an existing Paloom account with at least one connected social account.

ONE INBOX FOR COMMENTS AND DMS
• Comments from Instagram, Facebook and YouTube in a single queue
• Instagram and Facebook direct messages, including replies to your stories
• Filter by platform, category or unanswered items, and search by name or keyword
• New comments and messages appear live as they come in

AI DRAFTS THAT SOUND LIKE YOU
• Every draft is based on your own posts and replies, the conversation so far and the post it is about
• Not quite right? Switch between variants, generate a fresh one or edit it yourself
• Nothing is posted without you — you decide what gets sent
• Set the AI reply language for each connected account

ANSWER WHAT MATTERS FIRST
• The AI sorts every comment and message: business inquiry, purchase interest, product interest, community, neutral, spam or low value
• The priority inbox collects business inquiries and buying interest, so they never get lost in the backlog
• See why the AI read a message the way it did, and correct the category to teach it
• Mark items as "no reply needed" — with undo

CAMPAIGNS AND OFFERS
• Give the AI your product details, FAQ and links, so it can answer questions about your offer
• Tracked links with click analytics for every campaign

ANALYSES
• Engagement, response rate and median response time
• How many AI drafts were sent unedited, edited or replaced by your own reply
• Activity over time, broken down per connected account

YOUR AI, YOUR RULES
• See the voice your AI has learned: greetings, sign-offs, phrases and emojis
• Answer the persona questions to refine it
• Tell the AI where to route collaboration and sponsorship requests
• English and German interface, light and dark mode
