About this app

Business Process Mapper helps owners and small teams see how work really flows through the business, and what it costs.

Draw a process as a flowchart with your finger. Give every step a duration, a cost and a responsible person. The app adds it up, shows where time and money go, and lets you test a better version before you change anything in real life.

MAP BY TOUCH
• Drag blocks from the tray onto the canvas: Start, Action, Decision, Condition, Document, Person, End
• Tap a block in the tray and it lands under the selected block, already connected
• Draw arrows by dragging from one block to the next; label them Yes, No or with your own text
• Move blocks, pan, zoom, tidy the layout with one tap, undo and redo

TIME AND COST ON EVERY STEP
• Estimated duration in minutes, hours or work days
• Fixed cost plus the time of the responsible person at their hourly rate
• Totals for the whole process, the longest route and an average run that follows your branch percentages
• Amounts in CHF, EUR, USD or GBP

FIND THE BOTTLENECKS
• Steps that take the largest share of time or cost are flagged and marked on the map
• See the longest route from start to end
• Workload per person and the number of hand-overs
• A check of the map itself: dead ends, unconnected blocks, steps without an owner or an estimate

COMPARE VERSIONS
• Copy a process into a new version, change it, and compare both side by side
• Time, cost, longest route, steps and hand-overs, with the change in per cent
• Set what matters most to you and get a score for each version

• Each comes with typical steps, times, roles and a control checklist, and everything can be changed
