1. If the phone is rebooted/restarted the app loses power to block outgoing and incoming calls, until app is opened and unlocked with a pin if you set one. 2. If the app is stopped in settings the app loses power to block outgoing and incoming calls. I am able to install an app that will prevent the user from "stopping" or uninstalling tge Call Blocker app, but the app should somehow never stop working even when the phone is off, or it should fire up immediately remembering what it needs to do.
