The story itself is good. I played it on the computer and got it for that reason. The mobile controls, however, are really bad. The swiping mechanic sometimes confuses a swipe with a click, which makes quick saving difficult at times. The save page gives you 12 saves per page, but the load page only recognize 9 of the 12 save slots. BE WARY OF THIS if you save and load often. Overall, its a good game with wonky controls.

First I have to say, this is the first long visual novel I've actually played, all prior ones have taken less than 2 hours to completion. The length of your novel combined with the story fits perfectly. I got extremely invested in the tale and loved all the twists and turns, and just playing One route so far, I'm excited to play the rest. You have made an amazing experience.

I am a big dating sim / visual novel fanatic, and Everlasting Summer is my absolute favorite. The story is really deep. Like, it goes places I've never seen another visual novel go to. The characters aren't just one dimensional stereotypes, they're genuine characters that develop throughout the story. And the soundtrack is absolutely phenomenal. I listen to it all the time. This free game is significantly better than most paid dating sims. You have no reason not to check it out.
