Ratings and reviews

This app is useless for me. I don’t know whose idea it was to merge region and language into a single selection. It forces you to stick to one language for a given region. If I want to read the news in English, I’m forced to read news from Hyderabad, even though I’m from Kochi. Come on, you can definitely do better than this. Uninstalled, but I loved the UI though.

Here’s a within-500-character version: > Everything is good. I have been using this app since the Way2SMS days and it has been reliable and useful. Overall experience is very good. One suggestion: please add an option to select two news locations—one for my home town and another for my current location. Currently, only one location can be chosen. This feature would greatly improve local news experience for users living away from home.

The biggest problem is customer support. I sent an email regarding my issue using the official email ID, but I never received any response. This clearly shows that the team does not care about user feedback or problems. The app also sends too many unnecessary notification
