About this app

SupCore Auto is a mobile CRM for detailing centers and car washes. The app replaces paper forms and messaging: vehicle pickup, work assignments between technicians, photo reports, and payments are all collected in one place.

CAR PICKUP IN A COUPLE OF MINUTES
• License plate, make, model, color, and body type — from a directory, with input prompts.
• Clients are found by phone number; a new one is created immediately, without a separate form.
• Services from the price list with automatic calculation; the price can be adjusted manually.
• Payment by cash, card, or Kaspi. You can immediately see whether the order has been paid in full, partially, or not yet.

PHOTO REPORT AT EVERY STAGE
• Photos taken at pickup, before, during, and after work are linked to a specific job and order.
• Comments are recorded separately: body damage, dashboard errors, missing parts.
• Photos are stored in the cloud and are accessible to the entire team. Disputes with clients are resolved with pictures, not words.

TASKS FOR WORKERS
• The order is broken down into tasks, each assigned to a specific performer.
• The workman sees their tasks and manages them by status—from "in progress" to "ready."
• Materials and consumables used are noted for each task.

STATUSES AND CONTROL
• The order follows a clear chain: acceptance → in progress → ready → issued.
• Comments and an event feed for each order: you can see who changed what.
• Push notifications about new tasks and order changes—nothing gets lost.

SUMMARY FOR THE MANAGER
• Revenue for the period, broken down by cash and non-cash.
• Number of orders, technician workload, and what's currently in progress.

ACCESS RESTRICTIONS
The app has four roles: owner, manager (receiver), technician, and trainee. Each employee sees only the orders and data they need to do their job.

ACCESS AND PERMISSIONS
SupCore Auto is a work tool for employees. Your center administrator assigns an account; there is no open registration.
The camera and gallery are only needed for photo reports on jobs. An internet connection is required.
