Appreciate the initiative for bringing the power bill management more reachable to the consumers with convenience. Able to do all essential transactions right from bill inquiry to payment. I really liked the stats produced in the app on the consumption history. This will enable the consumer understand the pattern of the consupmtion. I recommend to introduce the UPI / BHIM payment mode which will make the app more efficient and authentic. I am with a positive hope as well that the electricity officials attend to the suggestions & complaints, the consumers lodge through this app making it more consumer conversant & friendly. In rural areas people used to stand in que to pay power bill. One person used to come with a bag and make manual entry of bill with carbon paper, he used to struggle for change and manual calculation. Sometimes they used to miss the payment due to manual process. The IT revolution is bringing the change. Now even most of the govt services are online. All these day we worked for foreign clients to automate their service, atleast now we realised and using the knowledge for ourselves. Coming to app, this is a great initiate. The payment is at our fingertips. The payment process is really smooth without any errors. Thanks to the developers for providing flawless app. Continue with the same Moto. I am among the people who used to pay bills manualy today I just finished in 5 minutes.
No bill receipts received despite requesting over mail...The bill payment receipt is not received to either mail or it is not generated over the app... The final screen shows only a scattered text which only the developer's can trace out.... Kindly add this basic feature.
Thanks for the hassle free tracking and reporting the trends of previous bills. It does help!!! Keep updating the application with some notifications as well, whenever there is a scheduled maintenance or a sudden power cut in the area. Great app!!
Very very bad application. I have made my first payment. But it has been credited to other than my usc number. Waste tsspdcl app. I lost about 950. They are accepting online payments. But for refunds they told to go manually and give a hard copy of requesting letter.
Instead of concentrating on app concentrate on power supply which is worse compared to other states. Other states give minimum 23 hours power to remote areas but in Telangana you can not gurantee that in every area of capital I.e hyderabad.
