one of the worst app. but you are not allowing anything else. so have to use it for bill payment. bill payment using upi option is allowing only through QR code, which we need to use two phones for doing a payment or else need to pay the transaction charges for other modes of payment. and when you want to send a mail to customer care via the app. it says the address provided is not a valid one. very bad experience but no other option.

After the app update the app is not working, it is getting closed automatically. i don't understand how they push such updates without proper testing. After the latest update, able to open the app after clicking on Bill payment, after selecting the Bill desk payment gateway it is asking me to click ok after that it is coming back to the previous page instead of going to the next step. still not working

Update as of Mar-09-2026.. Still the problem exists.. not sure how this app is tested and released for public use. In every page the wait or close the app information is shown... UPI is also not working via Billdesk. ---------- why an absurd error "App not responding" is coming while using this app.. because of that many times when I switch between apps for payment it fails or miss to capture the response from the payment app after payment. this error msg pops up for every 20-30 seconds
