“Tailor-made” is the guarantee of scalable and personalized support! The “Customized” project aims to create, capitalize and spread an innovative, experimental and multi-partner model which will promote, within the Priority Districts of the City Policy, the remobilization of young people, the “invisibles”, job seekers with little or no qualifications, far from employment, RSA beneficiaries, dormant public, from the lifting of obstacles to access to employment, including the promotion of skills. CSR is based around the transformation of practices: short circuit, virtuous local ecosystem, mobility management, reasonable and achievable ambition.
