SWACH stands for Sustainable Water Management in Cuenca under Climate Change Scenarios, a unique effort in the country, developed by the University of Azuay, in partnership with ETAPA EP, the University of Cuenca, the KU Leuven of Belgium, and with funding from VLIR-UOS.

This project was born with a clear purpose:
To ensure that the water in our rivers and moorlands continues to flow today and tomorrow.
