The core functionality of the application requires continuous location tracking while captains are performing delivery tasks. Background location access is used to provide real-time location updates to the company's dispatch system, enabling accurate shipment tracking, route monitoring, delivery verification, and operational management, even when the application is running in the background.

The application also allows captains to call clients, and for accountability purposes, it records only the dialed phone number and the duration of the call. It does not access, record, or store the content of any phone calls.

All captains are informed about the collection and use of location and call-related data and understand that these permissions are required solely to support the application's core business functionality.
