DeepBox is the all-in-one Swiss document sharing platform where you can process, store, and share any document in a secure and automated cloud environment.
Scan your documents with the DeepBox mobile app to analyse and digitise their content thanks to the AI data capture. You will also be able to access the documents stored in your DeepBox wherever you are and pay your invoices directly via a connected ERP system or most e-banking apps.

The DeepBox app provides integration of the electronic signatures from DeepSign to easily monitor the status of the document signing process from your DeepBox app.
Pay your invoices directly from DeepBox
Thanks to the financial connections with most Swiss banks, you can pay your invoices from the DeepBox app. If you use an ERP with your DeepBox, you can initiate payments via ERP directly from the app. Scan or upload the invoice and pay it in just a few steps. Your payments have never been so simple, fast and accurate.
