two years furthur on, it agains requests a payment method each time you open the app! when you look at the graph it indicates the actual charging time rather than plugged in time - very useful, but it places this and a big black dot over the graph just where you want to see equalisation time. Two years ago I use this to charge from home, I don't want to add a payment card. Every time I open the app, it wants me to add a payment method.

Pretty poor experience with the app and the charger so far. Have ended up leaving it as 'always on' and letting the car manage the scheduling. Very difficult to work out the timing of a charge though as the charger starts at 32a and ends up at 24a charging after a period of charging. Support are none existent, haven't answered my email and haven't managed to get through to them on the phone. Edit: support did eventually start replying to my emails and even phoned me. Still same issues though.

This app does not appear to work. I have set it to turn off all of the smart charger options on the charging unit, but no matter what app settings I change, the charger keeps going into delayed charging mode (flashing blue and green) after 10 seconds and not charging the car. Support haven't answered my emails and keep telling my electrician that I must have scheduled charging set (I really don't!) or that he must have fitted it incorrectly. Very poor.
