Agra Smart City is part of the smart city initiative and as part of its development initiatives, a Centralized Command, and Control Centre (ICCC) needs to be deployed along with key smart city infrastructure components comprising solid waste management system. Officer App is another segment of Solid waste management system. It has many entities like supervisors, Inspectors, Administration, Parshad etc.. All users will authenticate with login credentials and IMEI based.
Key Features:
1)Separate login shall be generated for all the officers and based on the roles, the application will show the functions/features.
2)Supervisors and Inspectors must be mapped according to the ward and department.
3)Any complaint raised by a citizen will be notified in-app to their wards and a notification alert will appear in their respective devices.
4)The supervisor has to redress the issue with the help of workers by reaching a site and has to upload the picture.
5)In the app, there will be no provision by which photo can be taken from the gallery and attach in the app. All the time photo need to be taken from the right place.
6)Using the same app supervisor/inspectors has to take the attendance of the workers who work under him.
7)The application has the facility to mark the worker's attendance on a daily basis.
8)The administration can check the day status from this app.
9)Admin can directly post the complaints to any ward regarding the waste/construction/unsatisfied work done etc.
9)Real-time notification of any alert.
10)A real-time check of the bin status.
11)Using the application officials can check the Property details of Citizen.
12)Officials can issue Challans using the application.
13)Officers can keep track of the Vehicle status using the Application Dashboard.
14)Vehicle breakdown alerts will be visible to the officer.
15)This application will be available in both "English" and "Hindi".
