With adag SETREX you will simplify the registration and management of your extras on the set. SETREX is the mobile set reception desk brought to you by adag Payroll Services GmbH. It is part of a complete solution for the payroll-processing of extras, supporting actors and all other short-term employed members of your team. Please note, that our system is only available for payrolls in Germany.

SETREX is free to use. You just need an access-code, that you will get from us or your production office.

SETREX offers the following features and more:

- manual or automatic time-trackiing with QR-Code,

- encrypted storage and transmission of all data meeting the gemeral data protection regulations of Europe

- acquisition of fees, wages and surcharges

- acquisition of receipts (e.g. taxi bills, train tickets) by shooting them with the camera of your phone

- automatic calculation of wages on the basis of agreed conditions and individual prerequisities like overtime regulations, surcharges, travelexpenses and the like.

- automatic checking of statutory prerequisities concerning minimum wage, working hours, breaks, nightshift, sunday and holiday surcharges.

- automatic generation and dispatching of receipts for the employees containing all relevant data concering working hours and payment after check-out.

- real-time reporting for your production office

- offline mode for remote shooting locations without network coverage
