I don't normally review apps, but this one has been excellent. I used it to build a touch interface for Elite: Dangerous and X-Wing: Alliance. The ease of use and ability to design custom images for the buttons make this waaaay better than any other program I've used. It even runs great on my crappy Nook HD+.

A great remote controller. I got interested in this topic again after getting a Xencelabs Quick Keys and realizing that while it was good hardware, it could use more buttons and functoonality for more complex apps, and so I looked into Android macro keypads and got here. The functionality is good and diverse with plenty of button and switch types, skinning options, pagination and straightforward connectivity.

Matric is a big time saver on development. Sure, it takes some time to setup when something you use is not available already in their database. But once it's done and working, you can expect less wasted time and faster result. If you have a not so old smart phone that you don't use anymore, Matric is the best reason to dust it off. Elgatoo-Streamy deck without the physical buttons! Enjoy the free version or exploit it fully by giving a small token of your appreciation to the Dev team. Thanks!
