About this app
Never alone, always safe.
TeamTrack is the app for those who ride off-road: rallies, raids, trail routes, and group rides. Your position is shared live with your teammates and the organizers. Navigate using your route and roadbooks, and if something happens, call for help with two taps.
YOUR GROUP KNOWS WHERE YOU ARE
Turn on the live feed and your position updates automatically, even with the screen off and your phone in your pocket or on your handlebars. Your teammates see you on their map, and you see theirs, along with their speed, battery level, and how long ago they were last seen.
You decide who can see you. Permission is granted one at a time and can be revoked at any time.
CALL FOR HELP WITHOUT REACHING FOR YOUR PHONE
Three alerts, press and hold for two seconds to prevent accidental activation:
• Breakdown — I can't continue, I need assistance.
• Medical assistance — someone is injured.
• I'm okay now — cancels the previous notification.
The notification, along with your coordinates, is sent to the event organizers and the contacts you have configured, via call, SMS, or email.
NAVIGATE WITH YOUR ROUTE
Load up to four GPX routes simultaneously, each with its own color, and choose the map that best suits you: street map, satellite map, or topographic map with contour lines.
Three ways to view the map, easily switched with a button:
• Free — the map stays where you leave it.
• Centered — it follows you, with north at the top.
• Heading Up — it follows you and rotates, like a car GPS. Where you're going is uphill, without having to translate the map to what's in front of you.
ROADBOOKS, JUST LIKE IN A RALLY
Open your roadbooks in PDF or Open Rally format and keep them with the trip meter, split time, and heading always visible. They're saved on your phone, so they work offline,
which is exactly where you need them.
You can add notes anywhere in the roadbook and pick them up right where you left off. If
you close the app mid-stage, when you return you'll pick up right where you were and with your
trip.
EVENTS
Sign up for the event using the password provided by the organizers. From then on, you'll be included in their tracking, you'll see the day's route if they allow it, and you'll have their
roadbooks at hand.
The organizers can send you alerts during the race—a neutralized section, a
route change—and you reply with a tap to let them know you're aware.
WHAT YOU NEED
TeamTrack works with a subscription of €1.99 per month or €19.90 per year, VAT included.
These are one-off payments that add time to your account; it's not a recurring fee.
As long as your account is up to date, everything works.
ABOUT LOCATION
TeamTrack uses your location, even while the app is running in the background and with the screen off, to share your position with your group and the event organizers while you're filming. Without this, you would disappear from the tracking as soon as you put your phone away, which is precisely when it's needed.
Your location is only shared with those you authorize and with the organizers of the events you sign up for. You can turn the broadcast on and off as you choose.
