Keep the Access Tech Security workday connected, from the first clock in to the last job update.
ATS Field is for ATS employees and authorized crews. An account from the ATS office is required; there is no public sign up.
YOUR WORKDAY, IN ONE PLACE
• Clock in and out, record lunch and rest breaks, and review your hours.
• Open assigned jobs, site addresses, crew details and office notes.
• Complete daily reports with photos, typed notes or dictation.
• Photograph receipts, review the extracted details and send expenses to the office.
• Exchange messages and voice messages with your crew and the office.
• Ask ATS AI about jobs, reports and using the app.
HARDWARE WITH CONTEXT
• Open Inventory from More or a linked job.
• Compare expected order hardware with assigned stock; source records and physical inventory stay separate.
• Find records by serial, order reference or SKU. Use the camera, a barcode photo or typed input.
• Review order checklists and recorded Missing and Found history.
• Preview labels, then print or share a PDF.
Inventory opens the ATS ops workspace inside Field. Staff sign in to it with their existing approved ops account; a Field account alone does not grant Inventory access. Barcode photos are decoded on the device and are not uploaded as inventory attachments.
FOR THE OFFICE
Review reports, receipts, hours and team messages in one place. Share daily reports as PDFs and read translated reports when supported by your workflow.
Core Field screens support English and Spanish, with light and dark appearance options. Features depend on your assigned role and existing access.
Screenshots show fictional training or demonstration data. Inventory training actions are simulated and reset when you leave.
Location is used only while the app is open, at the moments you act: clocking in and out, breaks and sending a report. The app never tracks you in the background or when you are off the clock.
