About this app

Consign.Tech is the app for customers and staff of Consign IT Private Limited, the team that runs email, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, hosting, domains and business software for organizations across India.

For customers
• See the services you have with us: email and productivity licenses, hosting, domains and SSL certificates
• View and pay invoices, and download them as PDF
• Raise a support ticket, follow its progress and reply from your phone
• Get a notification when we reply or when something needs your attention

For the Consign team
• Tickets, approvals, attendance, leave and the rest of the internal portal, in one app
• Notifications for new tickets and approvals

Secure by default
• Sign in once with your usual account (email, Microsoft or password with two-step verification)
• The app asks for your fingerprint, face or screen lock each time you open it
• You can see every phone linked to your account and remove one from Settings at any time
