About this app

Shamar is the facilities and back-office platform from Consign IT. This app opens your organisation's own Shamar workspace, so everything your team already uses on the web is on your phone: service requests, work orders, assets, housekeeping, bookings, compliance, fleet and utilities.

Sign in with your work email. The app finds your organisation's Shamar and keeps you signed in.

What you can do
• Raise and track service requests, approve them, and turn them into work orders
• Move work orders along, and add comments and photos from the site
• Look up any asset, its custody, documents and service history, and scan its QR code
• Tick off today's housekeeping checklist
• Record trips and fuel for the fleet, and meter readings for utilities
• Get a notification when work lands on you, a request needs a decision or something is overdue

Works without signal
Status moves, comments, photos and housekeeping records made while you are out of coverage are kept on the phone and sent once you are back online, exactly once.

Who it is for
Shamar is used by organisations that run a Shamar instance with Consign IT: hospitals and diagnostic labs, schools, churches, NGOs and companies. You need an account from your organisation's Shamar administrator to sign in.
