About this game

In a world ruled by a Serpent, his thorns & thistles choke the earth. Even the birds have lost the will to fly. But whispers speak of a long forgotten book, that tells of a way to end his reign.

Explore the big story of the Bible in this poetic, musical mobile adventure game, with relaxing gameplay, gentle puzzle mechanics and mini-games, and a custom musical score written by US indie folk duo, Poor Bishop Hooper.

I love this game! It is a mix of challenging and relaxing. This game introduces you to the core beliefs of the Gospel. I recommend this game as an evangelistic tool with non believers. 5 stars However, my only suggestion is that the vine level would have a skip button because other games have one and that game was frustratingly hard for me. I was able to pass it, but the second time it was frustrating I asked an advanced gamer to beat it for me.

Thanks so much for the feedback! The vine level actually gets easier and easier the more times you fail, so perseverance ("abiding") is the key! Glad you made it through in the end.

This is a modern masterpiece. I found it searching for any Christian adventure games. Every aspect of this game succeeds - the narrative arc, the music, the mini games, and the artwork. It is surprising that I've never heard anyone else mention it. The only aspect which could use improvement is the controls, because on a touch screen you're left guessing what gestures will perform tasks. The soundtrack by Poor Bishop Hopper is great. I've listened to it multiple times after finishing the game.

Geared toward young kids, but enjoyable by all ages. The storytelling, graphics, music, and symbolism really draw you into the tale of a bird traveling through biblical history to find the Seed that will save his ruined world. The puzzles are very well thought-out and the controls are mostly responsive, with a few minor hiccups whenever a swipe gesture or screen rotation is required. Overall it's a great game, and a great way of introducing someone to the Bible!
