About this app

PlayManager is the internal management tool for a youth soccer club. It's used by the coordinator, coaches, team managers, and families to manage the team's day-to-day activities from their mobile phones: who's training, who's playing in matches, how each player is progressing, and what each family needs to know.

IMPORTANT: PlayManager is not an open registration app. Access is only granted with the credentials created by the club for its members. If your club doesn't use PlayManager, this app won't work for you.

WHAT THE CLUB DOES WITH THE APP

• Team rosters and age groups. Each player's profile includes their jersey number, position, preferred foot, date they joined the club, and family contact information.

• Training attendance. Attendance is taken in seconds, and families can justify absences from their own phones by attaching the necessary documentation.

• Match schedules. The coach posts the schedule, families confirm or decline, and the club can see at a glance who hasn't responded yet.

• Live match viewing. Lineup on the field, stopwatch, goals, cards, substitutions, and minutes played by each player.

• Seasonal statistics: goals, assists, minutes, cards, and MVP.

• Preseason. Schedule of friendlies, tournaments, and presentations, with assigned coordinators and ready-to-distribute PDF documents.

• Drills and tactical board. Library of club drills with a drawable whiteboard, duration, number of players, and supporting video.

• Match and drill videos, with viewer control.

• Club rules. The coordinator publishes the rules in versions, and families sign them through the app; the club sees who has signed each version.

• Meetings. Families request meetings with the coach or coordinator, and the club responds, schedules the meeting, and saves the minutes.

• Communication. Notifications to families when a training session is canceled or changed, private messages between the club and each family, and chat rooms by age group.

• Child protection. Confidential incident log, with access restricted on a case-by-case basis to individuals designated by the club.

WHAT EACH PERSON SEES

PlayManager separates what each role sees. The coordinator sees the entire club. The coach sees only their teams. The family sees only their children: their attendance, call-ups, minutes played, grades, and messages with the club. A player with their own account sees their profile and little else. Medical data and child protection records have their own separate section.

DATA OF MINORS

The application processes data of minors because the club's players are minors. This data is processed on behalf of the club, which is responsible for processing it, and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. The application does not display advertising, does not perform profiling, and does not incorporate any third-party analytics systems. The publication of a player's photograph is conditional upon the image consent that the club registers within the application itself.
