About this app

CALCNOTE is a company bookkeeping application: journals, payments, budgets, expenses, assets, and financial reports. Part of the Systech SaaS suite. Downloading alone does not unlock data. Log in with your company code, username or email address, and admin password.

What you can do in this application:

Journal
Chart of accounts, journal mapping, ledger, general journal, and adjusting entries.

Cash and expenses
Payments, card balances, checking accounts, expenses, and petty cash.

Budget and assets
Budget per unit, assets, and depreciation.

Taxes
Tax documents and periodic VAT settlements.

Closing books and reports
Closing books, general ledger, balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow, accounts receivable, due dates, and VAT reports.

How to log in

1. The company subscribes to CALCNOTE through the Systech SaaS provider.
2. The company admin creates an account for each user.
3. Open the application, enter the company code, username or email address, and password.
