Trail Control is the race operations platform for trail running events.
It gives organisers, staff and volunteers one shared place to coordinate essential race-day operations across web, Android and iOS.
Depending on the event and each user’s permissions, Trail Control can be used to:
• Manage volunteers, staff and organisational roles
• Coordinate teams and operational assignments
• Confirm meals and accommodation
• Manage parking access and vehicle assignments
• Issue and track equipment and event kit
• Validate credentials and entitlements using QR codes
• Send operational messages and notifications
• Keep race-day information synchronised across devices
Access is invitation-only. Organisation administrators invite authorised users and assign the roles and permissions they need.
