About this game

Vulkan Blocks is a minimalist falling-blocks puzzle game.

Pieces drop from the top of the playfield. Shift and rotate them so complete rows clear. Keep stacking until the board fills.

What’s new

Faster startup and lower memory: game data loads through a proper read buffer, each file is fingerprinted once rather than on every lookup, assets are mapped straight out of the app package instead of read whole into RAM, and three leaks are fixed. The download is about 15% smaller. Smoother frames, especially on older phones. Sharper picture on new hardware, which now gets 4x anti-aliasing. Fixed washed-out textures on older GPUs. A driver that refuses a shader no longer stops the game.
