The first device failed in a couple of months. :( However, customer support attempted to troubleshoot with me, and once that failed, they sent a replacement device. I still have faith in the product, but I'm hoping for better longevity, if anything, since my first device was less than a year old. The only other real complaint on the actual device is that it's not meant for dual cup holders only singular. As for the software end I do wish it was more straightforward on setting up multiple fobs.

The Keep device worked fine for a few months. Then the fob would not work. Customer service was excellent. They sent another unit, and that worked ok initially. Now it's telling me I'm not connected. I just can't have this unreliability all the time. I think I'm going to have to get a real hard wired alarm installed.

Their tech support is great. However, the device is so buggy that it's not worth using. Completely unreliable arming and disarming, the fob batteries get replaced, and the app says the batteries need to be replaced 2 days after. It unlocks itself from the cupholder and then goes flying while driving. If you bought this product I'd return it asap. It's a brilliant concept but poorly executed and maintained. It's clear the designers didn't think through the process.
