About this app

Kuik Agent is KUIK's mobile app for people already working with their corporate portal.

RECORDER
Record meetings, calls, and voice notes from your mobile device. It works offline: the recording is saved to your phone and automatically sent when you regain signal, so you don't miss a meeting in a basement or in the car. The recording continues even with the screen locked and the app running in the background, and you can pause, resume, or discard it directly from the lock screen.

YOUR RECORDINGS
All your recordings are listed in the app, along with their date and duration. You can listen to them, search by name, and delete the ones you no longer need.

TRANSCRIPTION
Each recording is transcribed, identifying who is speaking, and you can generate minutes or a summary from the text. The transcription is done on KUIK's servers and is not shared with third parties.

YOUR PORTAL ON YOUR MOBILE
Access your corporate portal directly from the app, without opening your browser or logging in again.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Kuik Agent is a work tool for employees of companies that have subscribed to the KUIK platform. To access the portal, you need a company account. The recorder works without logging in.
