LeadCall connects your team's Android work-phone call history to your CRM. Keep your existing phones and numbers: no call forwarding, tracking numbers, or new hardware.
Capture incoming and missed calls in LeadCall. Review recent activity, search and filter your call history, and check the phone's sync and permission status. LeadCall helps recover sync after interrupted connections; Android background execution depends on the phone's permissions and battery settings.
Managers configure campaign attribution and CRM ownership in the LeadCall web dashboard. With Zoho CRM connected, new callers can become Leads, and new Leads or matching Contacts receive Call activities. Existing Lead matches are marked as duplicates without creating another Call activity. Optional missed-call Tasks support follow-up for new Leads or matching Contacts. Ambiguous matches and failed syncs can be reviewed in the dashboard.
English, Turkish, and Arabic are supported, including right-to-left Arabic layouts.
LeadCall uses call metadata such as caller number, call type, time, duration. It does not record call audio or read SMS messages, location, photos, or the address book. Phone numbers are encrypted in LeadCall's server storage. Call history may also remain on your Android work phone. Authentication, analytics, and crash diagnostics are described in our privacy policy.
A LeadCall workspace is required. Managers invite sales reps and configure the workspace in the web dashboard. A connected Zoho CRM account is required for CRM sync.
