A simple, fast notepad for everyday notes, to-do lists and shopping lists. Write it down in a second, find it again in a second. Everything stays on your phone.

NOTES AND CHECKLISTS
• Plain text notes for ideas, memos and anything you want to remember
• Checklists for to-dos and shopping: tap to check items off, checked items move to the bottom
• Turn a note into a checklist or back with one tap
• Saved automatically as you type
• Light formatting: heading, bold, bullet and numbered lists; press Enter at the end of a list item to continue the list

STAY ORGANIZED
• 12 note colors, pin important notes to the top
• Labels such as Work or Shopping, and filter notes by label
• Archive notes you want to keep but don't need to see every day
• Search titles, text and checklist items, including archived notes
• Grid or list view; sort by last edited, date created or title

REMINDERS
• Get reminded at the right time: later today, tomorrow morning, next week or any date and time
• Repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly
• Snooze or mark done right from the notification
• Reminders come back after your phone restarts

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
• Sticky note widget: put any note on your home screen
• Long-press the app icon to start a new note or checklist
• Share text from any app to save it as a note

PRIVATE NOTES
• Mark any note as private: the list shows only its title with a lock icon, search looks at titles only, and it never appears on a widget or in a reminder notification
• Open private notes with a passcode (fingerprint is optional); they lock again when you leave the app
• Forgot the passcode? Use the recovery code you were given

AUTOMATIC BACKUP
• Your notes are copied to Downloads/Notes/notes_backup.json shortly after you stop typing and when you leave the app
• After reinstalling or clearing data, the app offers to restore from that file
• The backup file is plain text (JSON) and includes private notes, so keep it somewhere you trust. It does not include passcodes: restored private notes ask you to set a new one

SAFE AND PRIVATE
• Deleted notes stay in the trash for 30 days, and every delete or archive can be undone
• You can also export all notes to a file of your choice and restore them on another phone
• No account, no internet access, no ads
